Account Security

Deposits

Withdrawals

Transaction Limits

Wagering Requirements

The RNG ensures that all game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.

RTP & Game Information

ee77 publishes the Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game. The RTP represents the theoretical long-term return to players and is calculated over millions of game rounds. Individual session results will vary. ee77 does not modify the RTP of any game after publication.

Bet Settlement

• All bets are settled according to the rules of the individual game.
• In the event of a technical error during a game round, the round will be voided and the bet amount returned to the player's account.
• ee77 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error or as a result of a system malfunction.
• Settled bets cannot be reversed once the game round is complete, except in cases of verified technical error.

Disconnection Policy

If your connection is interrupted during a game round, the round will continue to completion on the ee77 server. The result will be recorded and your account updated accordingly when you reconnect. ee77 is not responsible for losses resulting from connection issues on the player's side.

• Bonus abuse or exploitation of system errors.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 months.

In cases of suspected fraud or serious breach, ee77 may freeze the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in full. ee77 will notify the player of any account action via the registered email address where possible.

Voluntary Closure
